In the case when an item is mistakenly priced, incense-depot.com reserves the right to remove the item from the order at any step of the order process. If the item is removed after payment was made, a refund will be issued.

Delivery Policy

Unless other agreements were made, shippings are made by our default carrier UPS. Please visit their web site for details. All claims related to shipping, should be made to the carrier.

Return Policy

All claims should be reported to incense-depot.com within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Eligible products may be returned for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping costs and handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fee
